Red Tiger sauce is made with wild fermented Seedling Farms Piri Piri chilis, soured, and fresh Bourbon County Wheatwine, and Shiro Miso bolster this perfectly spicy butterscotch beauty.

Lillie’s Q x BCS Cafe de Olla
This limited edition barbeque sauce, Café de Gold Olla, is inspired by the traditional Mexican beverage of the same name and South Carolina traditional mustard barbeque sauce. The artisanal infusion of Lillie’s Q Gold Barbeque Sauce + Bourbon County Stout Café de Olla are further enhanced by accenting the flavors of coffee, chocolate, and panela sugar. The resulting sauce is layered in complexity but holds true to the traditions of South Carolina barbeque and Goose Island's Bourbon County Stout.

Goose Bitters Volume 2 is inspired by the Danish concept of Hygge and comforting flavors and scents during the frigid months of winter. Expect to taste notes of vanilla, cinnamon, maple, Douglas fir, rosemary, and orange which blend nicely with this year’s BCS 2 Year Reserve.
