FAQ

When is the event?
    It's from Friday, September 22nd from 5pm-10pm, and Saturday, September 23rd from 4pm-10pm.
Do I need a ticket?
    No ticket needed, but a $10 donation to charity is encouraged. Once we hit capacity, we will have to close the doors, so arrive early.

Should I bring cash to donate at the door?
    Yes. There is a suggested donation of $10 at the gates.

Can I donate via Venmo, Zelle, etc.?
    We're old school. It's cash only.

Is a donation required?
    A donation is not required but much appreciated.

Where do I enter? Where do I exit?
    Enter and exit at Lake and Wood or Fulton and Wolcott, your choice.

Where should my Uber, Lyft, or Taxi drop me off?
    They should drop you off on Fulton and Wolcott or Lake and Wood.

Is there a VIP section?
    Nope. You're going to have to hang out with the common folk.

Is the 312 Block Party rain or shine?
    Yes it is. Rain won’t stop us. If you're worried about bad weather, follow us on Instagram (@gooseisland) for updates.

Will you have non-gluten and/or non-alcoholic options?
    Yes, we’ll have hard cider and water.

Will the taproom be open?
    The taproom will be open for Bourbon County Stout pours. Brewery tours are not available on 9/22 and 9/23.

Can I bring a backpack?
    Yes. Bags are limited to 10” x 6” x 2.”

Are there lockers or a place for me to stash my belongings?
    Nope. Pack light.

What forms of payment are accepted?
    Everything is token-based. We accept cash and credit to purchase tokens.

When is last call?
    Last call is 9:30pm and bars close at 9:45pm sharp both nights.

Will there be parking available?
    Street parking will be limited so we encourage you to ride public transit, utilize a rideshare, etc. - we’re drinking beers after all.

How do I know what beers are being poured?
    Follow us on Instagram, we’ll post about them.

Can I bring my kids? Dogs?
    This is a beer event, so we encourage you to consider leaving the kids and dogs at home.

Can I bring my own drinks and food?
    Bring all the water you want. We have food vendors on site.

I have dietary restrictions. What food can I eat?
    We do our best to have foods for everyone (gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan). Please let each food vendor know of any dietary restrictions.
