Honker's Ale 4.3% ABV
BRONZE MEDAL WINNER 2006 WORLD BEER CUP! Goose Island’s classic Honker's Ale is a subtle and elegant American Pale Ale in the English style. Beautiful honey amber hue with a pronounced hop aroma perfectly balancing a medium malt body and a dry hop finish. Food pairing suggestion: BBQ Pork Sandwich.

312 Urban Wheat Ale 4.2% ABV
“312” is a crisp and refreshing unfiltered wheat ale with hazy straw color. The light floral hop nose is followed by a vibrant, fruity ale flavor. A blend of pale barley malt and torrified American wheat yield a smooth body, clean malt character, and crisp finish. Food pairing suggestion: Caesar Salad.

20th Anniversary Ale 6.9% ABV
As we prepare to celebrate our 20th Anniversary here at the original Lincoln Park Brewery, our pub brewer came up with this “bittersweet” ESB to commemorate the occasion. Malt sweetness and copper color come from Crystal and Cara aroma, while the lingering bitterness comes from Chinook hops. It was dry-hopped in the fermenter with Willamette and Crystal, and in the bright tank with Kent Golding and Willamette for the floral hop contribution.

Blueberry Ale 5.0% ABV
We took our Golden Ale and aged it with real blueberries, not any artificial sweeteners. This adds a subtle touch of fruit character while retaining crisp drinkability, which can be lost with the use of sweet, artificial extracts.

Reserve Matilda 7.0% ABV
Gold Medal winner 2005 Great American Beer Festival Silver Medal winner 2006 World Beer Cup Brewed with Pilsner, Munich and a touch of Crystal malt, this Belgian strong ale is a golden hoppy delight. What makes it special is the yeast strain used in this brew: it produces a mellow tartness to complement the complex malt character. Styrian Golding and an abundance of Saaz hops add to the crisp flavor. Served in a Reserve glass.

Russian Imperial Stout 8.0% ABV
Russian Imperial Stout is named for Catherine the Great’s love for this dark ale. Brewed with over 1000 pounds of malt, including Pale, Crystal, Victory, Chocolate, and roasted barley. This smooth rich brew is perfectly rounded off with a generous amount of hops. Served in a Snifter.

India Pale Ale 5.9% ABV
Celebrated as the very best if its kind, our India Pale Ale recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India in the 18th Century were highly hopped to survive the long journey. Truly a hop lover's dream, this honey golden classic starts with a soaring tropical fruit aroma set off by a tart toasted malt middle with dried fruit undertones followed by a long, palate-cleansing, earthy hop finish. Served in a Pint glass.

Summertime Kölsch Bier 5.0% ABV
Kölsch, the clean and refreshing beer style of Cologne, brewed with authentic German hops and malt, quenches Chicago’s summertime thirst. Pleasant fruit bread aromas lead to a light pale malt palate with toasted French bread and mild citrusy hops. Finishes smoothly with mild bitterness.

Reserve Imperial IPA 9.0% ABV
At Goose Island, we live and die by hops. With our Imperial IPA, we pushed the hop limit to the extreme. We took three of our favorite hops, Tettnang, Simcoe and Cascade and balanced their spiciness with tons of malt… then we added more hops and more malt until this beer was exploding with citrus aromas and flavors… you’ll smell the hops from a yard away. What will surprise you is how drinkable it is. Served in a Tulip.

Special Pale Ale 6.0% ABV
The rich, red luster of our Special Pale Ale is almost as inviting as the deliciously hoppy nose. Loads of Centennial, Chinook and Cascade hops give the characteristic bite of West Coast style Pale Ales, while the unique combination of Pale Ale and Special B malts make this beer a true Goose Island original. Served in a Pint glass.

Golden Ale 4.8% ABV
This light bodied ale has a subtle floral hop nose with a low hop bitter finish. Light and refreshing with a joyous luster .

Six 2.5% ABV
Our brewer was intrigued while looking through the World Beer Cup style guidelines. Category 50A: Belgian-Style Table Beer — Pale to dark brown in color, light bodied with relatively low carbonation and limited aftertaste; hops to provide balance; 0.5-3.5% ABV. The name Six (pronounced “cease”) is the starting gravity of the beer. And coincidentally our pub brewer just celebrated his 6th anniversary here at LPB. Served in an Imperial Pint glass.

English Malt Porter 5.5% ABV
Our brewer’s favorite seasonal porter. With an emphasis on malt character, our English Malt Porter has delectable chocolate notes springing forth on the tip of the tongue followed by a clean dry finish. This beer was brewed with imported English Maris Otter, Crystal and black malts. Served in a Pint glass.

Maibock 6.9% ABV
Brewed back in March for May consumption, this malty German-style lager gets its deep golden and orange hues from the use of 50% Munich malt. This contributes rich, malty character without being overly sweet. Join us with a stein as we say Wilkommen to Spring. Served in a Stein.

Nut Brown Ale 4.5% ABV
A deep chestnut-hued light-bodied ale of unusual complexity with a hint of sweetness. A nose of earthy hops and roasted grains continues to a subtle malty middle with notes of chocolate, honey, and fine tobacco leading to a satisfying "nutty" finish. Pairs well with the BBQ pork sandwich. Served in a Pint glass.

Reserve Pere Jacques 8.0% ABV
Pere Jacques is a strong, dark, sweet Belgian-style ale.  Brewed with 100% Belgian yeast, Pere Jacques’ flavor is highly influenced by the beer’s esters – which impart notes of banana and dried stone fruit. Pere Jacques is brewed with a blend of American and Belgian malts, and Saaz hops - a traditional choice of Belgian brewers. Served in a Reserve glass.

ED 9.0% ABV
Our Imperial Smoked Brown Goose is a flavorful high-gravity beer based on the Imperial Brown Goose recipe, but with 80% smoked malt and less finishing hops. These changes allow the smokey complexity from the beechwood kilning to come through more in the aroma and flavor. Served in a Snifter.
