Siebel Hall

The Siebel Hall is the former home to Chicago's oldest beer school, The Siebel Institute. Today it is Clybourn's largest private party room, holding up to 80 guests. Equipped with a projector, screen, microphone and separate sound system, the Siebel Hall can be transformed for any business or party desires. For additional space, the Loft is connected with a small flight of stairs and when combined, can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Loft

The Loft is a semi-private space located just upstairs from the bar area, giving a bird's eye view of the restaurant. It holds up to 40 guests, and when combined with the Siebel Hall, up to 150.

Bier Stube

The Bier Stube is our private room ideal for smaller parties of up to 30 guests. Equipped with a 50-inch television with audio/visiual capabilities, the Bier Stube makes a perfect space for business meetings.

Cellar
|
The Cellar, a semi-private space located just downstairs from the bar area and leading into the brewery, can accommodate up to 50 guests. Also equipped with a 50-inch television with audio/visual capabilities, guests can view business presentations or favorite sporting telecasts.
