In the Kitchen
Locally Sourced, Locally Prepared Whenever possible we source ingredients for our menu from local midwestern farmers, growers, and artisans such as:
Slagel Farm Swan Creek Farm Seedling Fruit Mick Klug Farms Iron Creek Farm Capriole Cheeses Carr Valley Cheese Burton's Maplewood Farm
Beer Fed Pork Program: When we finish brewing a batch of beer, farmers come and take our left over spent grain to feed their pigs. We then buy those pigs and serve them to you alongside your beer. Recycling has never been more delicious.
