The Cooper Project is a rotating series of new recipes that highlight Goose Island’s expertise in bourbon barrel-aging.

The
third release of 2017, this Barrel-Aged Porter, starts life as a rich porter brewed with chocolate maltsand spices that is then barrel-aged for 3 months in fresh bourbon barrels.
