1/5 of the Bourbon County Stout Collaboration Series will begin with our pals over at Co-op Sauce. Release 11/4
Mike (aka the Sauce Boss) and his crew have crafted a hot sauce made with fermented serrano peppers, watermelon, salt, and vinegar. Oh, and a whole heck of a lot of Bourbon County Northwoods Stout was added to the mix. This delicious sauce will be available in limited quantities on 11/4 at the Co-Op store, 6338 N. Clark from 9am-5pm. Limit two.
Tasting Notes from the Sauce Boss himself: Biting medium green heat with juicy caramel notes from the boozy Backwoods blueberries and the piloncillo sugar.

They’re going to be making some delicious pies using 2017 Bourbon County Stout Proprietor’s. Come on down to Bang Bang's shop on California Ave. 11/5 9am-4pm (or until sold out) to get your Prop Pie! About this pie: Bourbon County banana custard topped with a spiced cinnamon almond crumble all baked in our signature graham cracker crust. And to top it all off, a Proprietor's Bourbon County Stout caramel drizzle.

They’re going to be making some deliciously bold gelato using 2017 Bourbon County Coffee Stout. Come on down to Black Dog's 859 N Damen store from 2pm-10pm (or until sold out) on 11/11 to get your gelato!
